Jennifer Lawrence has met hundreds of A-list celebs at big Hollywood events like the Oscars and the Golden Globes, but meeting Kris Jenner takes the cake!
For those of you who don’t know, the Oscar winner and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch hung out earlier this month and the unlikely BFFs even snapped a photo in bed together! Now J.Law is gushing about meeting the 59-year-old reality TV star.
“My knees buckled. I fell. Seriously!” the 25-year-old Hunger Games actress recently told the New York Times. “It was the closest I’ve ever come to losing consciousness. I had no idea.”
As it turns out, Lawrence’s gal-pals had Jenner make a surprise appearance during her 25th birthday party the other week. “My two best friends planned a surprise birthday party with a big surprise within the surprise,” J.Law added.
After their adorable cuddle sesh, Kris posted the pic on Instagram with the caption, “Happy Birthday you piece of s–t… God I love you #Jenniferlawrence Thanks for making this night a night to remember…..even if we did get caught… I love you Happy Birthday Gorgeous!!! #Bible #momager #doll.”
It’s no secret J.Law almost fainted before hopping into bed with Kris as she’s an outspoken fan Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She also previously met Kim Kardashian.
“I was in NYC and I ran into Jennifer Lawrence,” Kim revealed earlier this year. “We said ‘Hi’ and walked into the elevator and as the doors were closing, she screamed across the lobby, ‘I love your show.’ We were laughing so hard.”
Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence have called it quits, E! News has learned.
The Oscar winner and the Coldplay frontman dated for four months, split and then were speculated to have reunited once again after they were spotted at the Benefit for the People of Nepal in May. The two have never commented about their relationship nor have they spoken publicly about it.
Before their run in at the Los Angeles benefit, Lawrence and Martin reconnected over Easter weekend, weeks before Gwyneth Paltrow filed for divorce from the singer. They were also spotted earlier in the year enjoying “a romantic Italian dinner” at Madeo in West Hollywood, Calif.
“The two were very sweet with each other,” a source told E! News at the time. “They kept under the radar at their cozy, candle-lit table.”
Even Paltrow gave Lawrence the stamp of approval, telling Howard Stern’s SiriusXM radio show that her ex-husband “wouldn’t be with someone who isn’t great.”
The couple’s split comes only a couple of days after the “Fix You” crooner was spotted with actress Annabelle Wallis in New York City. But sources told People that Lawrence and Martin could reconnect again in the future.
“Chris doesn’t really want the relationship to end, but he needs to be flexible so he can see his family as much as possible with his own work schedule,” a Martin source explained. “He’s crazy about Jen but wants to keep his own schedule and be able to do what he wants when he wants to do it.”
A friend of Lawrence, however, said that the Hunger Games star was looking for something more serious from her now ex-boyfriend. “She was tired of him being so noncommittal,” the source added.
Maybe these two will become another Hollywood example of friendly celebrity exes, unlike the breakups in this video.
